Dr Geraint Morris

Dr Geraint Morris is an accomplished Consultant Paediatrician who provides expert, reassuring care for infants, children, and young people. Specialising in general paediatrics alongside paediatric cardiology, he is committed to delivering thorough and compassionate medical care tailored to the unique health needs of young patients up to 16 years of age. His reassuring clinical approach focuses on clear communication, ensuring that children and their families feel supported, informed, and comfortable at every stage of diagnosis and treatment.

Throughout his career, Dr Morris has maintained a strong focus on neonatology and paediatric cardiology, with expertise in performing and interpreting paediatric echocardiography. He regularly conducts specialist cardiology clinics dedicated to assessing, diagnosing, and managing heart conditions in young patients. His areas of expertise include evaluating congenital heart issues, conducting non-invasive ultrasound investigations of the heart, and delivering family-centred care for infants and children with cardiac conditions.

Dr Morris completed his medical and specialist paediatric training in Cardiff and Bristol. Alongside his clinical responsibilities, he is deeply engaged in medical education and academic training, serving as an Honorary Senior Lecturer and Clinical Apprenticeship Lead. He plays an influential role in training the next generation of healthcare professionals, delivering clinical teaching, and mentoring junior doctors in paediatric echocardiography and cardiology.
