Gary Faber

Gary Faber is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience within the NHS and a further 12 years in professional football. He holds a BSc in Physiotherapy (Hons) from Brunel University, and he is a member of both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the HCPC.

Gary's expertise covers various facets of physiotherapy, including musculoskeletal care, paediatrics, hydrotherapy, and amputee rehabilitation. He has held several key roles in the field, such as serving as the Head Physiotherapist at Gillingham FC in the EFL and working as a 1st team physiotherapist at Charlton Athletic FC. He has also contributed to the England National Amputee football team as their Senior Medical team Physiotherapist.

Beyond his work in football, Gary has ventured into the private sector, providing medical support on film and fashion sets for high-profile clients like Nike, Zara, ITV, and BT Sports. He has also been involved in private sports events, including international tournaments and tours.

Gary's clinical interests include human biomechanics, athletic performance, manual therapy, and the development of specific protocols for clients. He excels in creating functional rehabilitation plans and applying strength and conditioning principles to both athletes and the general public. Gary is a strong advocate for collaboration with clients to achieve optimal outcomes. He particularly enjoys assisting parents in establishing a strong foundation for young athletes and providing a professional and personalised healthcare journey for individuals in the general population.
