I have been under the care of Ali Moniem at Freedom Clinics for patellar tendinitis in my left knee, and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Ali has put together a clear, structured rehabilitation plan that has taken me from gradual muscle strengthening through to plyometrics, casual sports and I am now working towards a return to competitive play. What really stands out is how clearly and simply Ali explains everything, making sure I understand the purpose of each stage and how to progress safely. His approach to load management, attention to detail and ability to tailor the programme to my sporting goals have made a real difference. He's knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely invested in my recovery.

I had neck and arm pain and went to see Jason Patel at Freedom Clinics. I was diagnosed very quickly and after a couple of visits saw a vast improvement with the pain i was in.
