About Dr Sahil Gupta
Dr Sahil Gupta is a Consultant in Sport, Exercise & Musculoskeletal Medicine (SEM) and a Fellow of the Faculty of Sport & Exercise Medicine (FFSEM). He is a GMC-certified SEM specialist.
He currently serves as Chief Medical Officer at Northampton County Cricket Club and was recently club doctor at Brentford Football Club, providing high-level musculoskeletal care to elite academy athletes during the 2024/25 and 2025/26 seasons. He was previously the Chief Medical Officer at Northampton Town FC from 2021 to 2025. He provides elite athlete care to all individuals suffering from any musculoskeletal complaint. His previous positions have been with West Ham United FC, London Broncos, The London Marathon, UK Sports Institute, and The BlackBerry Clinic in Milton Keynes. He was a medical officer at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games in 2022. He has a breadth of experience in managing musculoskeletal conditions, including acute musculoskeletal and sports injuries, chronic training-related problems, mechanical pain, chronic pain and exercise medical issues.

From my follow up on Monday 12th to injections on 15th the service has been excellent.
Dr Gupta was very professional, he explained the issues with my knee and the treatment available clearly and I felt in safe hands. This was very important to me as I was experiencing a lot of pain. The procedure was successful and I am very satisfied with the result. I would highly recommend.
