Great experience. Exceptional professionalism and help. I reached out to Jennifer after a hand surgery to begin physiotherapy in expectation of an imminent long-term trip abroad. She's been extremely helpful in laying the basis for recovery and equipping me for further physiotherapy.

I've been working with Jennifer Parr since April while recovering from a finger injury, and the progress I've made has been remarkable. She has been knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me regain strength, mobility, and confidence in my hand. Every session has been tailored to my recovery needs, with clear explanations, practical exercises, and ongoing encouragement. I went to see Jennifer having been recommended her through BAPAM. I had previously had physio but it had led to some mis-diagnosis so arrived to Jen with a level of frustration. Jen has been incredibly helpful, insightful and professional. I’m so glad to have found her and to see the improvements through her treatment!

Jennifer has been an invaluable support in my recovery from a broken arm post-surgery, and in the process of returning to play drumkit. She brings a wealth of expertise and specialist knowledge as well as warmth and encouragement to each session. She has a good understanding of the nuances of my practice as a musician and she offers clear and considered guidance. At each review point she adjusts my programme of physio where needed, so it feels very responsive and tailored to my needs. Her reassuring and positive attitude have helped give me confidence in my capacity after a traumatic accident. Can't recommend her enough, and have already done so with other musicians.

I met with Jen as I had a very painful and stiff thumb which was preventing me doing many of my daily activities. Jen gave me a set of exercises which, over a short space of time have eliminated the majority of the pain and increased the range of motion. We are now working on building up strength and I very much appreciate her clinical skills, checking my mastery of the various exercises, and filming a short video of the exercises as an aide memoire. I previously had support from a hand therapist after a steroid injection to the same thumb several years ago but I have much more confidence in Jen and her ability to future proof my thumb.

Managing a complex wrist injury is challenging, and finding the right specialist is crucial. Jennifer identified issues others had overlooked and provides a clear, methodical treatment plan. I feel confident in her care and would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Very professional and gave a great sensr of security, I felt listened to and Dr Parr replied detailed to any questions I had. I also felt that the level of exercises given to me (for wrist rehabilitation after fracture) were complete and adapted to my lifestyle. Very happy with the visit!
