Miss Jennifer Parr is consistently clear and professional in her patient interactions. She creates effective, personalised treatment plans for various hand and wrist conditions, including ulnar nerve, thumb, and finger issues. Her successful strategies resolve complex, long-standing problems, often after other approaches failed, giving patients significant improvement and confidence. Her expertise primarily addresses hand therapy and rehabilitation, vital for various hand problems and postoperative recovery.
After years of significant wrist pain, Jen identified an issue with my thumb mechanics that hadn’t been picked up previously and put together a targeted treatment plan. The improvement has been incredible — my pain is now almost completely gone, and I’m using my hand much more normally again. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely invested in finding the underlying problem. I’m so grateful for her help! Thank you so much Jen

Thank you so much for the lovely review. I'm so pleased we got to the bottom of your pain!
Ms Parr is an extremely skilled and remarkably effective practitioner who, in the course of scarcely two months, has brought significant and rapid resolution to ulnar nerve conditions in both hands, the resolution of which had eluded distinguished hand surgeons in three countries over several years. A careful, highly perceptive interlocutor and thoughtful diagnostician, Ms Parr developed clear, systematic, personalised strategies to address the range of problems presented, and is full of ingenious solutions and modifications for a wide range of workplace, home and athletic contexts where injury and pain (now largely gone) had for some time limited movement. Though focused and professional, sessions are also a joy to attend, enlivened by Ms Parr’s optimism, spirit of encouragement and lively good humour. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Thank you so much for your kind review. It was great working with you!
I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to you Jen. I know this has become a much bigger journey than any of us expected, and I honestly can’t thank you enough for the care, time and dedication you’ve given me. It’s not just your expertise that I appreciate, but the genuine kindness and personal interest you’ve shown throughout. I know you’ve gone above and beyond, spent extra time discussing my case, fitting me in urgently, and working incredibly hard to get me the best possible outcome. I don’t take any of that for granted. Thank you for everything you’re doing for me. It means more than you’ll ever know, and I feel incredibly lucky to have you looking after me. Gail J. xx

Thank you so much, It's a pleasure working with you!
Great experience. Exceptional professionalism and help. I reached out to Jennifer after a hand surgery to begin physiotherapy in expectation of an imminent long-term trip abroad. She's been extremely helpful in laying the basis for recovery and equipping me for further physiotherapy.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I wish you all the best with your move abroad. I'm so glad we could connect virtually when you moved till you got settled!
I've been working with Jennifer Parr since April while recovering from a finger injury, and the progress I've made has been remarkable. She has been knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me regain strength, mobility, and confidence in my hand. Every session has been tailored to my recovery needs, with clear explanations, practical exercises, and ongoing encouragement. Her expertise and dedication have made a real difference to my rehabilitation, and I always feel supported and motivated after each appointment. I would highly recommend Jennifer Parr to anyone needing hand therapy or rehabilitation. She is an excellent clinician who truly cares about her patients, and I’m very grateful for the support and expertise she has provided throughout my recovery.

Thank you so much for taking the time to do a review, and for your kind words!
I went to see Jennifer having been recommended her through BAPAM. I had previously had physio but it had led to some mis-diagnosis so arrived to Jen with a level of frustration. Jen has been incredibly helpful, insightful and professional. I’m so glad to have found her and to see the improvements through her treatment!

Thank you for this lovely review, I love working with musicians through BAPAM. It's great to work with you!
I feel extremely grateful to have Jennifer Parr as my hand physiotherapist. I couldn’t be more impressed and delighted with her as she has transformed my injured hand so that it now functions well again. As well as being highly skilled, she has a lovely warm, gentle, confident manner which instilled confidence in me to believe that my hand could recover. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Thank you for the kind review. It’s great working with you!
Jennifer is always friendly and welcoming. She is very clear in her explanations and she adapts her treatments and listens closely to what I am telling her about my progress. I am very lucky to be working with her!

Thank you for the kind review. It’s great working with you!
Jennifer has been an invaluable support in my recovery from a broken arm post-surgery, and in the process of returning to play drumkit. She brings a wealth of expertise and specialist knowledge as well as warmth and encouragement to each session. She has a good understanding of the nuances of my practice as a musician and she offers clear and considered guidance. At each review point she adjusts my programme of physio where needed, so it feels very responsive and tailored to my needs. Her reassuring and positive attitude have helped give me confidence in my capacity after a traumatic accident. Can't recommend her enough, and have already done so with other musicians.

Thank you for the kind review. It’s great working with you! And thank you so much for recommending me to your musician friends!
Jennifer is a wonderful hand therapist. She is kind, caring and goes the extra mile for her patients. I have no hesitation referring patients to her as I know they will be well looked after!
