Shoulder Pain

I had a pain in my left shoulder for already almost a year that became a blocker for my regular gym routine: strengths workouts. In Better, Charlie, helped me to find the right exercises to start regaining strength and decreasing pain in the shoulder after already ~2-3 months. I really liked that Charlie shared a plan with me from the very beginning and the way he helped to track my progress using various tools.
In general, it's always a great pleasure to go for a physiotherapy session in Better with Charlie, they were extremely helpful for me. I don't think that I'd be able to improve that much my condition working on it myself in such a short time. Finally, the gym there is very nice!

I’ve been to see Matt for a few diagnosis and treatments over the years and I would hands down not want to see anyone else. The majority of my injuries have been sport related and Matt’s knowledge and expertise in the field is extensive and thorough, he doesn’t leave anything unexplained and gives a detailed explanation to the reason why said injury may have occurred and the reason behind why he is recommending the treatment / exercises. He always requests regular visits to check-in on progress and fully adapts new plans to the current state of play. He is a very friendly, down to earth and approachable person. I trust his judgement.
