Mark provided clear explanations for my issue and laid out a plan to move things forward.
Dr Mark is very kind and has a great energy that definitely motivated me to get better and follow the plan.
Excellent. Exceptional patient experience as commented on earlier.
I’ve had two consultations with Dr Mark Gillett so far for a shoulder issue and he’s been brilliant. He really took the time to listen to everything properly, examined me thoroughly, and explained his diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t feel rushed or overly medical. He also referred me to an excellent physiotherapist and I’m about to start rehab before seeing him again. I genuinely feel like I’m in very safe hands and would highly recommend him.
Dr Gillett has been treating and helping me with a partial Achilles tendon rupture. He is honestly the most amazing Doctor with the kindest bedside manner. Treating you as a whole person rather than just your injury and being available to be contacted should anything be a concern with regards to your injury once he has given some treatment. He has made such a difference to me in a difficult time with a family member and I am so grateful.. Cannot recommend him enough.
Overall my experience was very pleasant, the team was very welcoming and Dr. Gillet was very clear on next steps to my injury.
Seen very promptly after being referred to Dr Gillet by Mr Redfern. Dr Gillet discussed my symptoms and carried out an examination and ultrasound of my achilles tendon. He was clear inn his diagnosis and treatment plan, with a view to get me back to able to carry out the exercise and sport that I enjoy. I felt reassured that the injury could be treated and improvement was possible. Highly recommend.
Very knowledgable and a great doctor
