Dr Elizabeth Rivers

Dr Elizabeth Rivers is a dedicated Consultant Paediatric Immunologist who provides expert, comprehensive care for infants, children, and young people. Specialising in Paediatrics with a dedicated focus on paediatric immunology and allergic conditions, she is committed to evaluating, diagnosing, and managing complex disorders of the immune system. Her compassionate approach ensures that young patients and their families receive reassuring, high-quality care tailored to their individual medical needs.

Dr Rivers earned her medical degree from Cardiff University in 2009. Following the completion of her primary medical qualification, she commenced postgraduate specialist clinical paediatric training in London in 2011. Her academic background and rigorous clinical training have established a strong foundation in general paediatric medicine, advanced immunological diagnostics, and specialised paediatric care.

In her everyday practice, Dr Rivers focuses on the diagnosis and management of rare and complex immune system conditions. Her clinical interests encompass primary immunodeficiencies, hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, inflammasomopathy disorders, and immune dysregulation.
