Dr Vikram Watts

Dr Vikram Watts is a leading Consultant Psychiatrist and Lead Consultant for Addiction Treatment at the Priory Hospital North London where he offers both inpatient and outpatient care. Specialising in the treatment of addictions, panic attacks and depression, he has over 25 years of experience dealing with all mental health conditions. He works closely with therapists and psychologists to offer comprehensive treatment to his clients and provide the best possible care. His holistic approach and insight into overall wellbeing ensure unnecessary medication use and tailored treatment.

Dr Watts began his career with a Bachelor of Science in Immunology and continuing on the graduate with a Medical Degree from St Mary's Hospital Medical School in 1981. He became a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1989 after completing a comprehensive training scheme across London hospitals in psychiatry, including training in Jungian and Freudian psychoanalysis. Over the years he has published peer-reviewed articles and research papers on the topic of community psychiatry and the mental health system.
