Dr Stephan Hinze

Dr Stephan Hinze trained in Neurology in Oxford and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London. He took up his current post as Consultant Neurologist at the Great Western Hospital in 2013. He has a broad range of experience in neurological conditions.

He undertakes specialist epilepsy clinics at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, where he is also involved in the Oxford Epilepsy Research Group.

Dr  Hinze holds educational roles for Oxford University as Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer in Neurology, and Bristol University. He had been Training Program Director for the Neurology specialist training in Oxford for several years until 2023.
