Dr Simon Waters

Dr Simon Waters is an Oncologist with a special interest in breast cancer. Dr Waters completed their Medical Oncology training and a lab-based PhD in Yorkshire. Their PhD focused on the development of drugs to target a protein-protein interaction for the treatment of acute leukaemia.

Dr Waters is a core member of the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Breast MDT. They are also a Principal Investigator in multicentre international clinical trials.

Their research interests include the early and late-phase evaluation of new treatments for breast cancer.
