Dr Shirey Becker

I have experience working with adults, young people and families struggling with a range of emotional and behavioural
difficulties. I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London. I have a lot of experience working in the NHS in different areas in London.

In my work I draw on a range of therapeutic models, with a particular interest in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). In therapy I aim to provide people with a safe and non-judgemental place to better understand their difficulties, rediscover their strengths and live the life that they want. My varied experience allows me to work with a range of difficulties that people may be experiencing in a flexible and sensitive way.
