Working with Samantha has been a deeply grounding and supportive experience. From the very beginning, she created a space where I felt genuinely safe - safe to be honest, to sit with uncertainty and to explore things I hadn’t been able to put words to before. Samantha brings a special balance of warmth, presence and insight. She listens in a way that makes you feel fully supported and her reflections are thoughtful and attuned. I never feel rushed or judged; instead, I feel met exactly where I am. Because of this work, I’ve developed greater self-awareness and a stronger sense of trust in myself. Therapy with Samantha has felt steady, respectful and deeply human and I’m truly grateful for the care she brings to each session.
Had referral for relationship difficulties professionally and personally. Great advice and useful techniques that worked. I really liked Sam, she’s very normal and is just herself, which makes therapy much easier.
Excellent. We went Sam for couples therapy and it worked really well for us. We are in a much happier and kinder place to each other. Sam have us lots of understanding about ourselves and each other, and we learnt how to communicate in a way that is healthy and positive. Thanks so much.
I am a CEO on the buyside of the financial industry and used Sam’s services at a key transition point professionally. She is very familiar with my world and all that it entails so we had an easy shorthand. Sam is quick to understand the contexts presented and offers a level of analysis that is impressive. I’ve seen her on two occasions now - over 20/21 period and again in 2025. She’s strategic, very warm and gets results.
I found Dr Farag through word of mouth and was thoroughly impressed from the moment we had an initial assessment. She clearly knows her stuff inside and out, and is a great person as well. If you are in need of help with work or home stress, Sam is the best you can find.
I have been a client of Sam's for a few years on and off. For a period of time I was also under the care of a psychiatrist, and she and he worked really well together. I now have online sessions with her, which are just as good as in-person. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam. She is a brilliant psychologist. She was central to my diagnosis of (and recovery from) postnatal depression and continues to be a great source of wisdom and empathy. I know myself so much better than before I began sessions with her. I am more self-aware, resilient and have learned real self-compassion. As a result, I am far better equipped to deal with whatever may come my way in the future.
I’ve always been skeptical about therapy & therapists. Never felt comfortable talking about my emotions or feelings, but Sam made me feel safe enough to share my thoughts. I first saw Sam in 2019 and again in 2022. There’s never been a session where I felt “just another patient”. The sessions were never rushed. Sam’s sincere interest in my welfare, her honest feedback & guidance not only helped me overcome dark and challenging times but also gave me the confidence to make necessary changes to better myself. I cannot thank Sam enough for her support, empathy and professionalism. I do believe therapy is important but finding a good therapist is vital.
Excellent. I had severe OCD and Sam shared all the theory and clinical activities to help me. She’s got lots of knowledge but it’s the way she communicates and supports that made all the difference. OCD can be embarrassing and she made therapy very supportive and warm.
Excellent- Highly recommend. I’m actually a Clinical Psychologist and so know what to look for in a psychologist’s training and delivery. Sam is superb- highly empathetic and knows her science and models of therapy inside out. I needed someone a cut above given my job and she delivered impressively and with ease.
