Dr Raj Bathula

Dr Raj Bathula is a Consultant with a specialism in Geriatric (internal) Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. He is currently based at the private practice Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth and his current NHS post is Northwick Park Hospital, North West London Hospitals NHS Trust. His areas of interest include stroke, Geriatrics, hypetension and transient ischemic attack.

Dr Bathula qualified in Medicine in 1999 with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degrees from St. Bart's and the Royal London School of Medicine, London. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, has a PhD and is an Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.

Dr Bathula was awarded a national award for research and clinical leadership and his unit at Northwick Park was awarded the best unit in the UK by the Royal College of Physicians. He also teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students and examines for Imperial College London and the Royal College of Physicians.
