About Dr Niall Power
Dr. Niall Power has served as a full-time NHS consultant for 11 years, having first trained with Barts and the London NHS Trust. He subsequently completed his training with a fellowship in Toronto, specialising in radiology of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis, with a particular interest in gastrointestinal and gynaecological imaging.
A highly experienced professional, Dr. Power has authored numerous research papers, review articles, and book chapters on her areas of expertise. In addition to performing ultrasound studies and barium radiography examinations, he also reports on CT and MRI scans. Additionally, he has expertise in carrying out interventional procedures using ultrasound or CT guidance.
When not working as an educational supervisor and clinical leader for the trust, Dr. Power enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters, ages 9 and 11. He is a sports fan and supports the Manchester United football club or the Kilkenny hurling team. He also enjoys playing the piano and ukulele.
