Dr Montse Amodeo

Dr Montserrat Amodeo is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist at The Evewell. Previously, she was a Clinical Fellow in Reproductive Medicine practising at Barts and the London Trust in London. She worked at St Bartholomew's Hospital as part of a team offering fertility treatment, and at the Royal London Hospital as part of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology team. Her other clinical interests include menopause, and laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures.

Dr Amodeo obtained her medical degree at the University of Seville in Spain, later undergoing training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Spain at the Hospital Valme in Seville and at St George´s Hospital in London. Her training covered fetal medicine, fertility medicine, endometriosis and pelvic floor disorders, urology and general surgery. Dr Amodeo has an interest in academic research and her work has been published in a range of peer-reviewed academic journals. Currently, she practices privately at the Evewell, a specialist centre for fertility and gynaecological health, where patients are offered expertise and state of the art technology to improve their health and wellbeing. Fertility treatments at this centre include IVF, ICSI, IUI, fertility investigation and frozen embryo transfer, whilst conditions treated include endometriosis, polycystic ovaries and fibroids.
