Dr Deepa Srinivasan

Dr. Deepa Srinivasan (MD O&G, MD Fetal Medicine, MRCOG) is a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with specialist interest in Fetal Medicine and High risk Pregnancy. She provides expert Consultant led Pregnancy care at The Portland Hospital, London and at mygynaeplus clinics, combining Obstetric care with a thoughtful, holistic approach to maternal wellbeing.

With over 25 years of experience across leading leading NHS and private Hospitals, Dr Sri is currently the Lead for Fetal Medicine Services at London Northwest Hospitals NHS Trust and holds an Honorary Consultant appointment at Imperial College NHS Trust. Her clinical practice covers the full spectrum of pregnancy care including Prenatal counselling, Early pregnancy care, fetal scans to Delivery and Postnatal care.

Dr Sri's areas of special interest includes High risk Obstetrics, Multiple pregnancies, fetal Ultrasound and placental disorders. Dr Sri is recognised for her Holistic approach and offers complementary care in pregnancy like guided meditation, trimester specific nutritional advice and gentle yogic breathing exercises (Pranayama Yoga), which plays a important role in promoting relaxation, reducing anxiety, improving sleep, helping expectant mothers stay calm, centered and connected throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Dr. Sri received her MD (Fetal Medicine) from Imperial College NHS Trust where she helped establish dedicated Placental Imaging clinics. She has published extensively on complex placental conditions and remains actively involved in research, education and service innovation within maternal and fetal medicine.
