Dr Fafiolu was so positive and encouraging towards me and always smiling! Always telling me how much I'd changed both physically & mentally each week and that meant a lot. Also saying to me that I was strong and can stay strong after discharge .

(I actually saw Sally Picton, and had virtual therapy sessions, but there wasn't an option to select this!)

I had a good experience with Sally. Over the last few months she has helped me improve my mental health, explaining things like panic attacks, giving me coping methods and helping me make sense of what I was feeling. She was friendly, caring and patient. Also let me know promptly when appointments needed to be moved and the process with my health insurance.
