Dr Karen Barton

Dr Karen Barton is a chartered clinical psychologist. They have worked with individuals, families and couples, and have experience working with staff teams, providing supervision and training. Dr Barton is trained to the highest level to deliver a variety of psychological therapies.

Dr Barton is registered with health insurers, including Aviva, WPA and AXA.

Their therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioural. However, they integrate this with a number of other approaches including humanistic, solution focused, motivational, mindfulness and compassion focused approaches.
