Dr Julia Ronder

Dr Ronder is a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist. They are an expert witness in personal injury and clinical negligence cases, primarily involving children. Their areas of expertise include childhood trauma, safe prescribing practices for ADHD and neurodevelopmental conditions, and leadership and burnout prevention in healthcare.

They have supervised complex ADHD cases and led a safe prescribing audit across two NHS Trusts. Additionally, they established and supervised two Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) services for adolescents experiencing self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
