Dr Baksi has been incredibly kind and professional with me. He took the time to thoroughly and clearly explaining the implications of doing a genetic screening for me and my children to try and identify the possible causes of my dilated cardiomyopathy; he immediately followed up on the consultation by email and made himself available for any further questions, needs or clarifications, and for ensuring that our family gets the right support from the NHS / Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospital. Two years after my diagnoses, I have finally found a cardiologist who shows empathy for his patients, being generous with his time and knowledge to help them understand their condition and future care options. Thank you Dr Baksi!
