I’m so grateful to have had the most amazing experience with Eugene as my consultant. He was so kind and welcoming and made me feel at ease from start to finish. He did his absolute best to meet my birth preferences and made me feel really comfortable and listened to. I ended up needing an emergency c-section which was a huge fear of mine but it couldn’t have gone better. The surgery was quick and comfortable, and it was a beautiful, happy experience. My healing process was virtually painless and my scar looks so neat and tidy, i could not fault this birthing experience at all. I would recommend Eugene and the westminster suite team to everyone and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my next baby! Thank you so so much.

Absolutely stellar care received, I’ve always been looked after and the c-section delivery was absolutely great, I managed to recover very quickly. Dr Oteng was always available to respond to any questions / worries I has as a first time mum.

Professor Oteng-Ntim took over as our obstetrician at last minute on the day, as we were transferred from another hospital. It was stressful for us to have an unexpected move to St Thomas’ but Professor Oteng-Ntim was so reassuring and understanding and knowledgable that he made the process as stress free as possible for us. He clearly explained the c-section operation I would be having, and then conducted that operation with skill and care. I was very grateful to have Professor Oteng-Ntim looking after me and bringing my daughter into the world.

Prof. Oteng-Ntim was my consultant at the Westminster Maternity Suite. I can't praise him enough. First of all, he is very compassionate and kind. Anytime I had a question, he was there for us. Just as an example, one morning close to our expected due date, our baby skipped her morning movement routine, I reached out to him, he asked us to come to the hospital immediately. Although he was in an operation at that moment, the fantastic team of midwives at the Westminster Suite took care of us and conducted the necessary tests under Dr Oteng-Ntim's guidance. Thankfully, our baby was just being lazy that morning! Overall, if I am pregnant again, I would not consider going to any other consultant. We still think we were so lucky to have him and his team to help us. Thank you professor for giving me my most precious gift.

Dr Eugene was just the best! I don’t have words to describe how satisfied I am. From day 1 till birth, he was reassuring, always replied my texts and worries. He’s also truly such a kind man with the sweetest spirit.

Dr Oteng-Ntim followed me through previous miscarriages and both my successful pregnancies. He provided me with amazing care during both pregnancies, was always available for any emergency or to offer advice. He was there with me throught my 48hrs-long induction process and subsequent emergency c-section , and then also for my second planned c-section. He has amazing skills, the cuts were always very small and clean, and he kept following me also for the post-surgery recovery. Dr Eugene Oteng Ntim deserves the highest possible praise. We transferred to his care very late in my pregnancy due to some complications (major placenta previa) and from the moment we met him we immediately felt at ease, safe and confident in his care. He was incredibly attentive and responsive and when we had to call him during the early hours of the morning with an emergency he got to the hospital within minutes, explained everything calmly and safely delivered our son straight away. We are so glad that we chose Professor Oteng, we are so grateful to him and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking the highest standard of care in Central London.
