Dr David Choluj

Dr David Choluj is a highly experienced Consultant Neurologist and currently serves as Medical Director and Lead Consultant Neurologist at the London Neurology Clinic on Harley Street, in London’s world-renowned medical district.

The London Neurology Clinic received the 2026 Neurology Practice Award from the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) — the world’s largest professional neurology organisation — becoming the first clinic outside the United States to receive this distinction.

Dr Choluj has gained extensive clinical experience at leading neurological centres, including Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge and Royal London Hospital and Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability in London. In addition to general neurology, his expertise spans stroke medicine, neurological rehabilitation, and the management of complex neuro-disability, with a strong focus on improving long-term patient outcomes and quality of life.

He manages a broad range of neurological conditions, including headache disorders, dementia, epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease. He also has specialist expertise in the management of prolonged disorders of consciousness (PDOC), spasticity, and complex neurological disabilities.
