I am so grateful to have been under Dr Bakshi's care during a recent worrying allergy flare up. I made the decision to seek his consultation due to the incredibly long NHS waiting times, and I can certainly say it was worth every penny. Not only was it fast and fuss-free to make an appointment (I was offered one the next day by the very helpful Sam on the phone), Dr Bakshi immediately diagnosed my issue, explained it thoroughly and ensured I sought the appropriate tests to confirm the issue. I left the appointment with a prescription which instantly began to treat my condition and now have the full knowledge of my triggers and allergens and how to manage my health going forward. It also helps that Dr Bakshi is clearly just a lovely human being as well as a fantastic doctor. He is very calming, matter of fact and clearly cares deeply about his patients. He went above and beyond to support me in getting full treatment and providing the reassurances I required. I'd never hesitate to go back to Dr Bakshi if needed in the future and would recommend others to look no further for an experienced and caring Allergist.

Attention to detail, compassionate and individualised are some of the stand-out qualities that define the care delivered by Dr. Menakaya. I was referred to him a few weeks prior to the delivery of my daughter during a pregnancy which was considered high risk. His warm, gentle nature quickly put me at ease! He was both attentive and responsive to my concerns and I felt that my experiences and expectations were held in high regard. 

My husband and I were engaged at every level of decision-making, which resulted in the development of a care plan that reflected our unique circumstances and expectations. He closely followed us up after our baby was born and he has always been available for a quick phone consult which made the first few weeks of parenting a lot less terrifying! It is particularly very comforting to access in-office appointments as needed in the midst of a pandemic. Baby's growth and development is closely tracked, her vaccinations are on schedule and we always get nifty parenting tips and tricks that actually work!

We have had a seamless care experience and we intend to keep him on as our family paediatrician. I cannot recommend Dr. Menakaya enough!
