His explanations were very good and he was very helpful and friendly as always.
Professor Chan carried out acupuncture on my neck. I have recently had neck surgery. It helps a great deal. I have fibromyalgia.
Extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with the number of blood tests he did.
Just the experience of discussing the problem and Prof Chan’s way of dealing with those problems and listening patiently is amazing. One of the best doctors!

Professor Chan is always very welcoming and positive about my condition. He is monitoring my drugs and checks my blood tests, he keeps me up to date with the next step . I am Very happy with my continued progress under Professor Chans’s care.
Dr. Chan has truly listened to my concerns and symptoms and has gone above and beyond to try and find the cause of my pain and swelling. He has suggested a diagnosis and treatment that have worked so far and keeps track of everything that has been discussed as well as any changes. He has made me feel calmer in very unsettling times and I feel confident he is doing the best he can for me and my condition.
