Dr Donald McNicol is an experienced Dental Surgeon who provides comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Dr McNicol graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Dundee in 1986, following which he completed vocational general practice training. Committed to continuous learning, he progressed through advanced postgraduate pathways, achieving a Diploma in General Dental Practice, Membership in General Dental Surgery, and Fellowships from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and the College of General Dentistry. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and maintains active affiliations with key professional dental organisations.

Throughout his career, Dr McNicol has undertaken diverse roles within the dental profession, including clinical attachments in orthodontics, public healthcare provision, and work as a clinical expert witness. He has also served as Chairman of a statutory dental practice board responsible for governance, probity, and quality standards.
