Dr Dimitra Koch is a highly regarded Consultant Dermatologist who delivers comprehensive, patient-centred care for a wide range of dermatological conditions. Demonstrating a meticulous diagnostic approach alongside a supportive, reassuring bedside manner, Dr Koch is committed to offering evidence-based medical and surgical management for her patients. Her broad clinical expertise encompasses all aspects of general and complex skin care. Dr Koch holds a key clinical interest in the assessment and management of skin cancer, including skin lymphoma, as well as dermatological surgery. She possesses specialist expertise in vulval dermatoses, delivering tailored treatment for complex vulval skin conditions through collaborative, multidisciplinary care. Dr Koch completed her foundational medical qualifications at the University of Cologne, passing the German National State Medical Examination in 2000. She went on to achieve a Medical Doctorate (MD) in 2002, focusing her research on cancer immunotherapy. Following post-graduate medical training, she attained Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) in 2004 and was awarded her Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Dermatology in 2011. She maintains active professional affiliations with several prestigious medical bodies, including the British Association of Dermatologists, the British Society of Dermatological Surgery, the British Society for Medical Dermatology, the British Society for Dermatopathology, the UK Dermatology Clinical Trials Network, and the Dowling Club.
