Polite, caring and answered all my questions in a concise and friendly manner. I wasn’t rushed or dismissed. Thank you.
Extremely punctual- no wait at all. Welcoming, personable, thorough in line of enquiry and clear in providing explanation and plotting the way forward and clarifying expectations for me, the patient. In short, a faultless professional. As someone who has consistently enjoyed high quality service from NHS professionals in a wide variety of medical premises over many years, this experience still stood out as exceptional. (Also, excellent coffee and ham and cheese toasty in hospital canteen served by cheerful and welcoming catering staff.)
Didn’t have to wait. Dr Wiseman was very professional and made me feel very relaxed.
