Dr. Deniah Pachai is an Integrated Health GP currently working in a Salaried role at Heathrow Medical Centre in West London and in Urgent Care. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Dr. Pachai combines both Eastern and Western medical practices to promote health and well-being.
Her journey into integrated health began in 2014 when she trained as a Lu Jong Yoga Teacher and in Western Medical Acupuncture. She found both practices personally beneficial during a challenging period in her life and wanted to make them accessible to her patients.
She offers private Acupunture treatments at Back 2 Wellbeing in South Ealing and the Light Centre in Marylebone. In addition, she teaches acupuncture for the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS) in the UK and India.
Passionate about health promotion and disease prevention, Dr. Pachai believes that by combining Health Coaching strategies, Eastern wisdom with Western medical knowledge she is able to offer a more holistic approach to wellness.
She is dedicated to helping patients improve their overall well-being by raising awareness of the 7 Dimensions of Health - physical, mental, emotional, nutritional, relationships, financial and spiritual health.
During the COVID pandemic, Dr. Pachai taught free classes of the 10-minute Five Elements Movements of Lu Jong online and was deeply moved by how much it helped people with their physical and mental health. These online classes have continued through Doctors Do Yoga CIC, a social enterprise she co-founded with Dr Mike Cummings.
She and Mike appreciate the simplicity, versatility, and relevance of Tibetan practices to modern health challenges as they help individuals connect with themselves, others, and nature. This has inspired other doctors to practice the Five Elements Movements, some of whom have gone forward to train as Lu Jong teachers under her guidance.
Deniah and Mike enjoy long walks in nature, stopping somewhere inspiring to practice the Five Elements Movements - no special equipment or clothing is needed to do them.
Dr. Pachai has expanded her knowledge to include Breathwork, Stretch Coaching, Tog Chöd wisdom sword practice and Shiné Calm-abiding Meditation.

Dr Deniah great I was so happy when she done my treatments because she make me comfortable and understand me all the time, I’m so sad because she gonna leave and I cannot see her again ,I wish all the best for her and I appreciate her
Dr Pachai is very attentive when asking questions Patient, and gentle. Most important brilliant at healing. For 3years I have been in pain daily! I am now 80% pain free. Thank you so much
I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother who has seen Dr Pachai for the past few months. My mum has had rheumatoid arthritis in her joints for 40 years and she can finally enjoy some pain free time. Seeing Dr Pachai reduces her pain, makes her feel more relaxed and always gives her a boost so she can be more active again. My mum loves Dr Pachai and what she has done for her using acupuncture. Dr Pachai is very friendly, patient, takes time to explain things to both my mum and me while I accompany her. She really knows how to help and is fantastic at her job. Thank you Dr Pachai.
Dr Pachai was very helpful and considerate in arranging my treatment. Some long standing issues were addressed, and she regularly sought my feedback in order to tailor the sessions to my needs. Her approach was friendly and professional and I would unhesitatingly recommend her to prospective patients.
Good
Dr Deniah is an excellent doctor. Strongly recommend because I felt the benefit of the acupuncture sessions I had with her for my Tennis elbow.
Dr Deniah Pachai did acupuncture for my mum’s knee pain and arthritis and also for my husband’s tennis elbow. The acupuncture has helped them both in reducing the pain and helping with movement. Dr Pachai is truly professional, explained the procedure well and took utmost care while doing it to make them feel comfortable as they had never had it done before I would truly recommend her to all

I certainly meet some very interesting people in my work as a doctor. The stories of some people’s lives are tragic, others are inspirational. I often come away from a shift remembering some of the stories and it was quite coincidental...
