Dr David Gosal is a highly accomplished Consultant Neurologist who provides expert diagnostic assessment and holistic management for a broad spectrum of neurological conditions. Dr Gosal graduated with his medical degree from University College Cork, National University of Ireland in 1999. Following his initial general medical training in Ireland, he completed two years of dedicated research, culminating in an MD thesis in neurogenetics undertaken across the Dublin Neurological Institute and the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. He subsequently completed higher specialist training in neurology in the United Kingdom, gaining full accreditation as a Consultant Neurologist.

Throughout his career, Dr Gosal has developed extensive expertise across general neurology, with sub-specialty interests in neuromuscular medicine, peripheral nerve disorders, and movement disorders. His clinical focus encompasses acquired and inherited neuropathies, sensory and inflammatory neuropathies, small fibre neuropathy, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, functional neurological disorders, and complex headache syndromes, including migraines. Additionally, he manages conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, and neurological B12 deficiency, offering advanced treatments including intravenous and subcutaneous immunoglobulin therapies.
