Mr David Boxwell

As a therapist, David Boxwell believes in the healing power of talking to understand the issues and difficulties people face. This can be used to identify positive steps to enable greater self-acceptance and confidence to work through the concerns that are causing anxiety and distress.

David Boxwell's aim is to create a safe and supportive environment in which clients can explore experiences, thoughts and relationships which may have led or contributed to their present feelings. By addressing concerns and working collaboratively, they can harness the potential inside all of us to understand ourselves and have greater self-acceptance.

David Boxwell sees their work as a therapist as a collaboration in which they aim to support clients in their struggle so that they can live life to its full and achieve the goals that are important to them.
