It was helpful to have a follow up phone call and sign off from my operation. Cleared up a couple of questions I had thank you.
I was very impressed with the appointment I had to see Mr Dan Brown, I had received an email from his PA Tracey Ward and she was so polite and friendly and replied to my emails so very quickly. She did phone me on one occasion and I felt like I had known her a long time. When I met with Mr Brown he was so friendly and very provisional, he explained in great detail about my problem and that he was not the man who could solve my problem but he could recommend a Peripheral Neuropathy doctor. I received a phone call that same day with an appointment for a week later. I was taken into my appointment exactly the time I was given, everybody in Nuffield were very friendly and the clinic was very clean. I can highly recommend anybody who needs a private appointment to see Mr Dan Brown, he is rated number 1 in my eyes, I felt at ease seeing him and I would see him again if the need ever arises. I have had to email Tracey Ward about an MRI I need, and she replied back to me within the hour. They are such a great team I cannot praise them enough
I initially saw Mr Brown with excessive pain in my leg. I am now 100% pain free following successful surgery. We would recommend Mr Brown and have done to a friend who has also seen Mr Brown for treatment too. Thank you very much for the excellent service and care.
I saw Mr Brown yesterday for a lower back pain problem that I have had ongoing for some years. He went through the image scan with me and explained very clearly the issues I was having, what could or could not be done and things to hopefully help. Very professional, helpful and friendly so I felt I could ask any questions. Full marks also to Tracey, Mr Brown's PA, who was very efficient and helpful in all aspects of the booking and paperwork submitted afterwards.
I ref ku had ACDF surgery with Mr Dan Brown who was amazing. He truly listened to my concerns and took them into account. He explained clearly what he was going to do and made me feel like I was listened to. I would highly recommend him for this particular procedure.
Mr Brown has been an excellent doctor for me and I appreciate his skill and ability as surgeon.
I had been feeling extremely overwhelmed following on from an operation to my brain which was performed by Mr Dan Brown. By the time I left my appointment I was smiling & feeling so much happier as Mr Brown explained the whole event to me & even showed me the CT Scan images showing my brain bleed. I think when something traumatic happens to you out of blue you wake up not knowing what has happened so to have someone who is so professional explain everything to you I felt this was priceless as I walked away from my appointment a much happier person with the knowledge I needed to understand. To Mr Brown & I must say the whole team of nurses, doctors I met in the ambulance, Addenbrookes hospital & the A & E department thank you all so very much for saving my life, I will truly be forever grateful to you & I know my children feel the same way too, THANK YOU x
Excellent all round ! Wonderful bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable and left me completely reassured

Thank you for your lovely feedback Dan
Every aspect from secretary interaction to nurses and surgeon were exemplary. The greatest asset was that Mr Dan Brown listened to my fears of a recent surgical procedure whereby I had an adverse reaction to the stitches… leading to unnecessary pain and slow recovery. Mr Brown did not use the same sutures and found alternatives. My wound had healed within weeks rather than months which had happened previously. I cannot thank him enough and appreciate any research he did for me.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. I am so pleased you had an amazing result and wish you all the very best Dan
Very clear diagnosis and treatment choices. Operation itself a great success. Short and Relatively pain free recovery period. Empathetic engagement throughout

Thank you for your feedback. I am very pleased you had such a fantastic result from your surgery Dan
