People are happy with his successful spinal procedures, such as spinal decompression, which bring much pain relief and better lives. Mr Brown helps patients understand their health and treatment choices for issues like leg pain, lower back pain, and spinal stenosis.
Mr Brown was brilliant in explaining everything to me. My experience was an emergency surgery so at the time it was very fast and I didn’t understand the severity of what was happening so it was good to get some clarification around it. He answered all the questions I had about the op and further symptoms I may continue to experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much for saving my legs!
Very good communicator, showed me my scan and explained all images well. Gave time to ask questions and answered them properly. Couldn’t have had a better experience, very nice bloke.
Excellent care as always. More importantly an excellent outcome for me.
My experience with seeing Mr Brown regarding my subarachnoid haemorrhage has been truly an excellent experience, he has made me feel confident about going about my daily live, he is very approachable and easy to communicate with I had many questions that I needed answering. Going forward I no longer need follow up appointments however Mr Brown has said I can contact him should I have any future worries or concerns, to me this is invaluable, my family & I would highly recommend Mr Brown.
I had a telephone call rather than a visit and it went well - very informative and put my mind at rest. My next appointment is in November for 6mth MRI check up which it was agreed would be at my local hospital
My condition was more serious than I thought . The Dr explained it clearly and gave me very useful information on how to manage my condition and I asked several questions . I wish I had asked a couple of more questions, but maybe my head wasn't clear at the surprise of my condition being worse than I thought.
Dr Brown was very kind and helpful. He explained my condition clearly and gave me the facts straight and to the point.
My recent contact with Mr Brown was a follow up to assess progress after a procedure. I have been under his care in the past for a different condition. . He is an excellent clinician, consistently demonstrating good communication skills with empathy and understanding. I have been fully informed by him regarding treatment options in order to make informed decisions along the way.
Very comprehensive explanation of the issue and of the procedure that could be performed and expected outcome percentages before any decision had to be made. The procedure was completed and has been extremely successful. Thank you
