Mr Michael Barrett consistently provides professional and clear explanations to patients, making them feel well-informed and at ease regarding their conditions and treatment options. He offers thorough advice on procedures, from initial diagnosis to post-operative recovery. Some patients mention feeling appointments are rushed or experiencing longer waiting times. His expertise is particularly noted in surgical solutions for various foot and ankle pain issues.
Whilst DR Barretts surgical skills all good, his timekeeping for every appointment was late from between half an hour and 45 minutes. This was extremely frustrating as it happened on every occasion., and has left me with a sour taste in relation to the overall experience..
Efficient and helpful service. Supplied extra help and information to help me cope with various commitments. Both Mr Barrett and his PA pleasant to deal with and left me confident about the planned surgery, I can recommend them without hesitation.
Mr Barrett showed me the latest X-rays of my foot and reassured me that it was healing well. He answered all the questions I had and gave me useful information . Although there is still some way to go before it is completely healed I feel positive about the improved foot alignment.
Visited Mr Barrett for the first time today as am having problems with my ankle/foot. Mr Barrett was very professional and very easy to communicate with. He explains things in an easy to understand way which a lot of medical professionals don't. I highly recommend paying him a visit if you have foot or ankle problems.
Very well explained and very kind and helpful for all the issues I have thank you very much.
Provided a clear and comprehensive explanation of ankle issues and treatment options
I felt very confident that Dr Barrett explained the operation thoroughly and was also careful to explain the pattern that I would need to adopt in order to get better. He was clear about the consequences of doing too much too soon, but also encouraged me to do what I felt able to do without fear of adverse effects.
My experience has been very positive throughout the journey. I felt very supported by all members of staff and the outcome of my treatment has been excellent.. Mr Barrett has been tremendously supportive and professional. He explained my procedures very thoroughly throughout my treatment and I would highly recommend him.
Mr Barrett was really good in helping ongoing treatment.
Provided information concisely and reassuringly
