Dr Claudio Ruffmann

Dr Claudio Ruffmann is a leading Consultant Neurologist. He is renowned for his expertise in Parkinson's disease and movement disorders. Dr Ruffmann also specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of other neurological symptoms including headache, epilepsy, dizziness, tremor, and peripheral neuropathy.

Dr Ruffmann obtained his primary medical qualification from the University of Milano-Bicocca in Italy before undergoing specialist training in neurology. After relocating to the UK, he conducted research at Imperial College London. Dr Ruffmann additionally obtained a PhD in 2018 from the University of Oxford.

Dr Ruffmann has conducted a wealth of research throughout his career in affiliation with the University of Oxford, Imperial College London and Italy's Istituti Clinici di Perfezionamento. His work is published in peer-reviewed academic journals.
