I was quite nervous about my appointment but Mr Munson was lovely, he was very professional and I soon felt at ease, he explained everything in detail. I feel very confident in having my surgery.

I hardly know where to begin, but what I do know is that my mum wouldn’t be where she is today if it weren’t for meeting you. You’ve given her a level of confidence I never thought possible following her diagnosis of breast cancer and facing a mastectomy. What you’ve achieved for her is something I couldn’t have imagined at the start of this year. I truly believe in luck, and we were incredibly lucky the day we first met you in clinic. From that very first meeting, you were able to put my mum at ease and offer her a surgery that has led to her being where she is today—cancer-free and feeling confident in her body once again. Throughout this journey, you have treated my mum with such kindness, compassion, and dignity. Even though the surgery was complex and high-risk, she always felt safe and reassured in your care. I will always be especially grateful for the way you went above and beyond after her procedure. It was a long and stressful day, but you still took the time to speak with both my father and me.
