Dr Christopher Grime

Dr Christopher Grime is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician specialising in paediatric respiratory medicine, sleep disorders, and long-term ventilation. He provides compassionate, family-centred care for infants, children, and young people, helping them manage complex breathing conditions and sleep-related issues. Recognised for his clinical expertise and commitment to patient well-being, Dr Grime works closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic treatment plans tailored to each child's individual health needs.

Dr Grime completed his primary medical qualification at The University of Liverpool. Following his core post-graduate training, he undertook higher specialty training in paediatric respiratory medicine across major academic medical centres in the United Kingdom. He further advanced his academic expertise by earning a Doctor of Medicine by Research (MDRes) from Imperial College London, focusing on sleep-disordered breathing and its association with childhood asthma. Additionally, he completed specialist fellowship training in long-term ventilation and is a qualified Sleep Practitioner.

In his clinical practice, Dr Grime manages a broad spectrum of paediatric respiratory and sleep conditions, including severe asthma, sleep apnoea, chronic cough, and complex disorders requiring ongoing ventilatory support.
