Dr Caroline Johnson

Dr Caroline Johnson is a Consultant Paediatrician dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred medical care for infants, children, and young people. Operating with a compassionate and reassuring approach, Dr Johnson works closely with families to ensure each child receives a comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing clinical management tailored to their individual developmental and health needs.

Dr Johnson earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB BS) from Newcastle University Medical School, qualifying as a doctor in 2001. Following her initial medical training, she progressed through postgraduate medical roles, serving as a Senior House Officer in 2002 before undertaking specialist registrar training in Paediatrics in 2005. She completed her higher specialist training and achieved appointment as a Consultant Paediatrician in 2012.

Her clinical practice encompasses General Paediatrics with a particular clinical focus on Ambulatory Care. Dr Johnson possesses expertise in managing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic childhood conditions, performing thorough diagnostic evaluations, and coordinating multidisciplinary care for paediatric patients. Her clinical focus emphasises early intervention, health promotion, and preventive care during key childhood developmental stages.
