Calvin Howorth

Calvin Howorth, an experienced Senior MSK Podiatrist, joined the Active Feet team in September 2022, bringing a wealth of expertise. Graduating as a Podiatrist in 2015, Calvin's professional journey has involved a blend of clinical practice and academia.

Before joining Active Feet, Calvin dedicated five years to the University of Plymouth, where he balanced research endeavours with teaching responsibilities at both the Undergraduate and Master's levels. His teaching focused on critical areas such as Biomechanics of the Lower Limb, Foot Orthoses, Systemic Diseases, and Clinical Skills. With experience in orthotics labs and some of the nation's premier private practices, Calvin thrives on tackling complex challenges in his field.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Calvin takes pride in his Welsh heritage and enjoys immersing himself in various interests, including cooking and board games. He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
