Dr Caitlin Bowden is a highly dedicated Consultant Clinical Oncologist who specialises in the treatment of thoracic and urological malignancies. With a patient-centred approach, she provides comprehensive care for individuals diagnosed with lung cancers as well as urological cancers, including prostate, kidney, and bladder cancers. Dr Bowden is committed to delivering personalised treatment plans that utilise the latest advancements in oncology to ensure the best possible outcomes for her patients.

In her clinical practice, Dr Bowden employs a range of advanced therapeutic techniques to target tumours effectively while minimising side effects. Her expertise encompasses both systemic anti-cancer therapies and state-of-the-art radiotherapy techniques. She is particularly skilled in delivering Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (SABR), a highly precise form of radiation therapy that targets tumours with high doses of radiation. Dr Bowden completed her medical education and qualified in 2009, earning her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) alongside a Bachelor of Medical Sciences (BMedSci). Demonstrating a strong commitment to professional excellence, she went on to achieve postgraduate qualifications and is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP).
