Dr Bryn Kemp

Dr Bryn Kemp is a dedicated Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who provides compassionate, patient-centred care across a wide spectrum of women's reproductive health services. With a clinical emphasis on maternal medicine and complex obstetric care, Dr Kemp supports women throughout every stage of pregnancy, ensuring both maternal and foetal well-being are prioritised. His clinical approach balances evidence-based medicine with individualised care, offering reassurance and guidance to patients navigating both routine and complex health journeys.

Dr Kemp possesses specialised expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies, as well as providing dedicated support through Rainbow care pathways for expectant mothers following previous pregnancy loss. His clinical interests encompass maternal medical conditions during pregnancy, including complex neurological issues such as epilepsy, as well as digital healthcare innovation and data-driven clinical transformation. In addition, Dr Kemp provides comprehensive antenatal monitoring, ultrasound assessment for foetal growth and gestational age estimation, and specialised maternal health consultations.

Dr Kemp completed advanced medical training and earned a Doctorate of Philosophy (DPhil) at the University of Oxford. He has also served as a National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Clinical Lecturer within the Nuffield Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Oxford. Beyond his direct clinical practice, Dr Kemp is actively involved in clinical research and academic publications focusing on maternal mortality prevention, perinatal epidemiology, and global maternal and child health initiatives.
