Mrs Brenda Smith

Mrs Brenda Smith is a compassionate Registered Dietitian who delivers evidence-based nutritional care tailored to the individual health needs of her patients. She supports adults, adolescents, and children managing complex gastrointestinal conditions, food allergies, eating disorders, and metabolic health concerns. Emphasising a holistic and practical approach, Mrs Smith works collaboratively with patients to create sustainable dietary strategies that improve both physical and emotional well-being.

Her clinical interests encompass a comprehensive range of dietetic specialities. Mrs Smith possesses expertise in managing gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. She provides expert support for food intolerances, food allergies, and low FODMAP dietary regimes. In addition, she supports patients navigating eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder. Mrs Smith graduated from King's College London in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.
