Ms Binal Patel

Ms Binal Patel is an Mental Health Nurse, registered with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) at The Vesey Private Hospital. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University, followed by her Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology at the same university. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing from King’s College London, as well as certificates in Youth Mental Health First Aid and Psychological First Aid. With over thirteen years of experience within NHS Mental Health Services, Ms Patel has developed a profound understanding of supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health difficulties.

Miss Patel has expertise in mental health across various age groups, as she has worked diligently in assisting children, young people and adults who face challenges related to mental health. She has experience in addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, low mood, worry management, low self-esteem, and managing difficult emotions. Ms Patel’s approach involves providing psychoeducation and delivering effective wellbeing interventions that empower individuals to improve their lives.

Ms Patel has developed a keen ability to connect with her patients and create a supportive and empathetic environment. She is passionate about promoting mental well-being and assisting individuals in navigating their mental health journey. She believes in the power of education and equipping her patients with the necessary tools and strategies to cope with their difficulties effectively.
