Ms Bev Kimminau

Bev is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience across various areas of Primary Healthcare, including both acute and chronic care settings. She has also spent time working in private practice which has provided her with a unique and complementary skill set.

After undergoing several years of fertility treatment herself, Bev has developed a deep passion for fertility nursing and a real understanding of the patient journey. She is dedicated to offering support to couples facing similar challenges.

Bev is now a qualified Fertility Nurse Consultant, specialising in Reproductive Medicine, with over 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout her career, she has worked at multiple fertility units in the region, most recently helping to expand a local service in Cambridge.

Her role as a nurse in Fertility Research allowed her to train as a Sonographer, specialising in Gynaecology and Early Pregnancy, and she has developed a particular interest in 3D ultrasound technology.

Bev is passionate about training fellow professionals in ultrasound techniques. As a registered trainer with the British Fertility Society, she regularly leads group training sessions and has helped many practitioners enhance their ultrasound skills.

Committed to keeping patient care at the cutting edge of medical advancements, Bev has a strong interest in research and development. She has authored her own research paper examining the impact of Luteinising Hormone usage and timing during IVF cycles.

An active member of the Senior Infertility Network Group, Bev attends Fertility Conferences regularly to stay updated on the latest developments in Reproductive Medicine.
