Ms Lesley Hastings

Ms Lesley Hastings is an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner and the Clinical Director at Harpenden Medical, Health and Wellness Clinic. She qualified as a Registered General Nurse from the University of Southampton in 2000 and has since worked in a range of healthcare settings across the UK, South Africa, and Australia. In 2011, she completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Research at Cardiff University while working in rheumatology research at Imperial College London.

Lesley later specialised in General Practice, becoming an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber in 2015. Her professional development continued with a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from the University of Hertfordshire in 2019, which led to her role as a Senior Lecturer in nursing education.

With a broad clinical background and a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, Lesley now leads the clinical team at Harpenden Medical Clinic. Her approach integrates clinical expertise with a focus on patient-centred care. Beyond her professional role, she enjoys an active lifestyle that includes fitness competitions, travelling, reading, and spending time outdoors with her dog Milo. Her diverse experience and leadership contribute to the clinic’s commitment to high-quality, holistic healthcare.
