Dr Bharath Gowda

Dr Bharath Gowda is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who provides expert medical care for neonates, infants, children, and young people. With a patient-centred approach, Dr Gowda focuses on delivering gentle, thorough, and reassuring care to support the health and physical development of young patients from birth through adolescence. His clinical work encompasses general paediatrics as well as specialist neonatal and intensive paediatric care, ensuring that families receive comprehensive support tailored to their child's specific medical needs.

Dr Gowda completed his undergraduate medical degree between 1991 and 1997 before commencing his specialist paediatric career in 1998. He subsequently undertook advanced post-graduate clinical training in neonatology and paediatric intensive care across several medical trusts. Dedicated to academic and clinical leadership, Dr Gowda serves as a Clinical Lead for neonatal care and leads undergraduate medical education in paediatrics, supervising and mentoring medical students and junior doctors. He maintains professional registration with the General Medical Council.

With extensive expertise spanning acute paediatric care and complex neonatal conditions, Dr Gowda is skilled in evaluating and managing a broad range of childhood illnesses and developmental concerns.
