Mr Ben Barker

Ben Barker is the Founder and Clinic Director of Total Health Clinics, where he combines his expertise as an osteopath and educator to deliver world-class care to patients of all backgrounds. With a career spanning elite sport and complex clinical conditions, Ben has built a reputation for excellence in both treatment and leadership.

Specialising in complex musculoskeletal conditions, including low back pain and tennis elbow, Ben has worked with Aston Villa Football Club, West Ham United, and numerous professional footballers, including members of the England national football team. He has also delivered osteopathy lectures to medical departments in professional clubs, including Chelsea FC, sharing his expertise with sports medicine teams and helping shape multidisciplinary approaches to athlete care.

Ben’s professional mission is to bring the same standard of care and multidisciplinary approach seen in elite sport to the general public. At Total Health Clinics, he integrates advanced clinical techniques with a collaborative, patient-focused philosophy, ensuring every individual receives care tailored to their unique needs.
