Mike helps me manage issues associated with hypermobility. He brings a high level of expertise and professionalism, paying close attention to concerns each session and providing incredibly thorough treatment. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.
I was recommended to Mike and I’m glad I booked my appointment. Very thorough in asking questions about my pain and then started his work. Within a week I’ve been moving a lot more freely just with one simple stretch. My second appointment also went well and I’m feeling like my old self. Still a lot of work to do but all going on the right direction. Thank you .
I can’t recommend Mike highly enough. He helped me enormously with severe sciatica down my right leg about four years ago, and I recently returned with a new injury on my left lower back. Once again, the results were amazing, I felt a huge improvement and pain relief within the first session What really sets Mike apart is that he makes sure you are comfortable and he clearly explains what’s going on in your body. He helped me understand how stiffness in my upper back was causing my lower back to compensate, especially during backbends. He also gave me really practical, targeted exercises and stretches to strengthen my lower back, glutes, and upper back, which have made a big difference. Knowledgeable, effective, and genuinely invested in long-term recovery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have recommended him to all my friends.

Thank you for your review, glad I could help
I have very severe muscle knots in my shoulder and have seen many different osteopaths. Mike is the only one who actually gives me relief from pain, and I am a very difficult case. He Taylors his treatment to the individual, he is aware I need a very firm treatment. But he knows not everyone responds to this my pain is reduced significantly over the last few months of treatments.
I trained as a ballet dancer, was a professional dancer and have been going to Osteopaths since 1982 - they have saved my life and kept me off of operating tables. Michael is an excellent osteopath and usually sorts out any problems in a maximum of 2 sessions - he will definitely not keep you coming back unneccessarily. He doesn't 'crack' and is therefore not 'aggressive' in his approach. His approach is with gentle manipulation in a calm and knowledgeable manner, yet achieving the same great results.
Mike is an exceptional osteopath. I was previously seeing a physio for 7 years who never made a difference. This is not the case with Mike and I could not recommend him highly enough.
Michael is a first rate practitioner. I went to him with myself in a bad way due to a slipped disc and he saw me right after only a couple of sessions! He’s a top professional!
I have been receiving treatments from Mike for a couple of months and have observed great results from my very first session with him. Although I have seen many osteopaths in the past, I could immediately tell that Mike is a top-tier therapist. His hands seem to instinctively "know" precisely where and how to work, to bring about effective and durable results, even from old and complex injuries.
Thanks to the combined effort of in-session therapy and dedicated home practice, I feel stronger and more at ease. I highly recommend this approach to anyone looking to improve their health through osteopathy. The exercises, stretches, and lifestyle recommendations given between sessions play a crucial role in developing and maintaining physical condition.
