Mr Tristan Jones

Mr. Tristan Jones is an Osteopath who is registered with the General Osteopathic Council. He qualified with a Master of Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy. He is also a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and the British Medical Acupuncture Society, with additional training in Western medical acupuncture.

Before retraining as an osteopath, Tristan spent several years in the health and fitness industry, working as a personal fitness consultant and later as a sports massage therapist. With a personal interest in health and wellness, he has an active background in middle-distance running, cycling, and boxing.

Tristan’s clinical experience spans both London and Shanghai, where he practised in boutique and international multidisciplinary clinics, treating a diverse patient population. Fluent in English and French, conversant in Spanish, and with some working Mandarin, he brings a global perspective to his practice.

His treatment approach focuses on restoring the body’s natural ability to heal, with an emphasis on improving function and reducing pain. He combines manual therapy with personalised rehabilitation programmes, including strengthening and flexibility exercises, to support long-term recovery and prevent re-injury. Tristan treats a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, and pregnancy-related discomfort.
