Quality service throughout the whole procedure

Dr Baskar Sekar , as you’d expect was extremely professional and very clear with his explanations and advice going forward with medication . He originally fitted my stent 2 years ago . It was an emergency procedure and he saved my life . I will always be grateful and indebted to him 🙏 thank you

Doctor was clear and knowledgable

I found Dr Sekar easy to explain my issues, who quickly evaluated my likely medical issues and very promptly arranged the next procedure required

Dr. Sekar was very thorough with his diagnosis - listened patiently to all my concerns. Very clear in his communication on the next steps and the reasons behind it. Provided advise that was easy to put to daily practise in terms of diet and exercise management.

This is the first time I have seen a doctor (who is a specialist in cardiology) since having a MI in April and having a second stent fitted in July last year. My doctor actually rang in order go get an appointment as she said if was way overdue!! I did ask Mr Sekar a question but didnt get an answer, in general though the appointment was fine

Wow is all I can say DR Sekar treated my mum with such kindness, he was so caring towards her, explained her condition in ways she could understand. I would certainly recommend to everyone.

I would like you to accept my extreme gratitude to you personally, and indeed to Dr Sakar for taking such unbelievable due care and diligence with regard to my mum heart / artery condition. Having been faced with what would have looked like being on the verge on death and having such chest pain she just wanted to die, and the feeling that everyone has given up on you. However when we had my initial appointment with Dr Saker, you were the opposite – relentlessly rechecking all the known facts about my condition, and very positive and confident that he knew he could do the procedure using different techniques and the different instruments. He took time to explain the procedure and listen and validate our concerns. His Bedside manner and empathy and experience gave reassuring which helps to mitigate anxiety. The whole procedure was successful because of Dr Sakar skill and knowledge and determination to unblock the artery and insert a stent. Without Dr Sakar experience and great range of skills and shire determination my mum would not be alive, but now we have a further with her. Thank you so much. Vivienne M.
