Dr. Anusha Withanachchi

Dr Withanachchi is the Lead Consultant Paediatrician for Autism, ADHD and DCD (Dyspraxia) in the London borough of Enfield. She is a senior consultant in Enfield Child Development Team.

Dr Withanachchi also has special interest in Down's syndrome and Developmental delay.

Her work includes diagnosis of above mentioned conditions, monitoring progress and identification of additional support needed in the nursery or school setting.

Dr Withanachchi is registered as a specialist in Child Health in addition to being registered as a Consultant in Paediatrics.

She underwent training at Great Ormond Street Hospital, University College London Hospital and Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals in Paediatric Neurology, Paediatric Neurosurgery and Paediatric

Neurodisability.

Dr Withanachchi was awarded the Gold Medal for Paediatrics at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level.

She has also been awarded a number of Clinical Excellence Awards by Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust and Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust for her outstanding work and contribution to Child Health.
